larger image 		These structural components are the basic building blocks of 80/20's Industrial Erector Set and consist of 10 (1.00" basic) and 15 (1.50" basic) series T-slotted aluminum extrusion. Applications include machine guarding, workstations, sound enclosures and a whole lot more. 80/20 T-Slotted Advantages:
  • 80/20 T-Slotted Aluminum profiles are RoHS compliant.
  • Linear adjustment in X,Y, &Z axis.
  • All T-slots are on 1/2", 3/4" 1" or 1 1/2" centerlines.
  • Uses standard fractional inch or metric sized fasteners.
  • Lightweight, strong and easy to machine.
  • Aesthetically clean and good-looking.
  • No welding, washing, deburring or the sanding and painting that goes with it.
  • Requires only simple tools to assemble or fabricate.
  • All 80/20 T-slotted aluminum extrusions have a 2 degree drop lock feature on the T-slot flange that acts as a lockwasher in that it spring loads the fastener connection as it is tightened.
